Over two decades of flooring and tile installation experience currently serving North & South Carolina, Atlanta Georgia & Tampa Florida. We specialize in flooring and tile solutions for single family rental (SFR), build for rent (BFR), production home builders and multi-family-property management. The PF&TCO scalable flooring installations process allows our SFR, BFR, production home builder and multifamily clients to partner with us from the time of selections, acquisition, through rehab or build, during resident turns & occupied maintenance.
