The Spinks Law Firm is a family owned and operated law firm providing timely counsel and advice to help families preserve resources through estate planning by establishing wills, special needs trusts, and power of attorney to ensure family members receive the necessary care and benefits for their loved ones. With over 25 years’ military experience, the last 10 years as a Marine Corps Judge Advocate, Mr. Spinks represents Veterans and their families with VA pension benefits (Aid and Attendance) as well as Medicaid benefits qualification. T. Edmund Spinks focuses his special needs practice on children and families with special needs in guardianship, disability and/or estate planning (Special Needs Trust and ABLE Act Accounts).
