About Us

Discovery At Home is a 5 out of 5-star Medicare Certified Home Health Agency. At Discovery At Home, we provide Home Health and private pay personalized care services for seniors in their home including Home Health Aides, Nursing services, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Physical Therapy. These services are typically covered by Medicare and can be accessed with an order from your doctor or health care provider.

Discovery At Home also provides private pay personized care services with Home Health Aides or Certified Nurse's Aides. Our Care Associates may help with daily activities such as bathing, personal care, running errors, dressing, transferring, incontinence care, companionship and so much more. Care Associates are available 7 days a week up to 24 hours a day to help with activities with you or your loved one to help ensure their safety while maintaining independence.
