At Ilka Y. Nazario, MD, PA, I believe healthcare should be personal, accessible, and built around a lasting relationship between physician and patient. My Direct Primary Care practice provides a different approach to primary care, allowing me to spend more time listening, understanding each patient's needs, and creating individualized care plans.

I am a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics with over 20 years of experience caring for patients in a variety of healthcare settings. I care for patients from age 2 through healthy aging, with particular interests in preventive care, chronic and complex medical conditions, healthy aging, and weight management.

Direct Primary Care gives my patients convenient access to their physician through longer visits and direct communication by phone, text, and other convenient methods. By eliminating the traditional insurance-based primary care model, I can focus on the patient rather than the limitations of a busy, high-volume practice.
