As founder and executive coach of Votta Coaching & Consulting, in 2019 Kristin Votta announced her firm's expansion and rebranding to The Votta Group: a management consulting and leadership development firm. When the pandemic took us all by surprise last year, Kristin decided to offer her keystone program virtually and at no cost to the public; she led to leaders from all over the country including Hawaii.
