Description
Join CABA Tuesday, May 18th with Guest Speaker Joshua Soto, Program Manager at the American Cancer Society. Josh will show us how following diet and physical activity recommendations can help lower the risk of cancer and other diseases.
Josh will provide important life-saving information including:
- Diet and Physical Activity for Cancer Prevention
 - Increasing access to affordable, healthy foods
 - Participation in safe, enjoyable, and accessible opportunities for physical activity
 - Limiting access to alcohol
 
Joshua Soto is a Program Manager, Corporate Account Operations at the American Cancer Society. Josh can be found riding a roller-coaster at a theme park or cruising down the Hillsborough River on a kayak. A graduate from the University of South Florida with a major in International Studies and a minor in Leadership Theories, Josh has taken his education and traveled to over 13 countries learning, growing, and sharing life experiences with those he meets along the way.
