Frank Ochoa is the Regional Director and Operating Partner for QuickHIT Fitness Lab in Missouri and Florida. He is a certified High Intensity Training Specialist with HITUNI. He has been helping people reach their health and wellness goals since 2018. 5 years ago Frank had a spinal bone fusion on his L4-L5 which directly changed how he exercises and what he eats. He wants to share what he learned with everyone!
