Join us for a dynamic and engaging event that offers plenty of opportunities to connect, learn, and grow. Be inspired by our guest speaker Yasmine Gardner. Yasmine Gardiner is a leading expert in artificial intelligence and data science, renowned for her innovative applications of AI across industries. As the founder and CEO of ClearSet.AI, she specializes in leveraging AI to enhance data quality and drive efficiencies in the construction and real estate sectors. Her work has supported organizations ranging from startups to the Department of Defense, where she served as a senior data scientist and lead data engineer in their AI office. With over five years of experience in data science and machine learning, Yasmine has also contributed to the community by co-founding the Tampa Bay Artificial Intelligence Association (TBAA), where she currently serves as President. She is a frequent speaker on AI topics, including the use of generative AI in real estate, and has been recognized as a 2023 “40 Under 40” honoree by the Tampa Club. Beyond her technical leadership, Yasmine is dedicated to empowering others through mentorship and education. She is developing online courses to support professionals transitioning into the tech industry and serves on the boards of several AI startups and nonprofits, including Oasis Opportunities. Her multifaceted career reflects a commitment to innovation, inclusion, and community impact in the evolving world of artificial intelligence.
