Her keen investigative skills and talents quickly earned her promotion to Detective where she served in the burglary\, homicide\, sex crimes and child abuse bureaus. \n\n \n\nThe next step in Stephanie's rising career occurred in 1995 when she was sworn in as a Deputy for the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office where she continues to serve as the Team Lead for the Homeless Initiative. \n\n \n\nHighlights of her career included the development of the Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) in 2004 after she recognized the importance and need for law enforcement training on mental health issues. \n\n \n\nTen years after founding the CIT Program\, Deputy Krager continues to assist in training and coordination of the program.  Agencies nationwide have attended this training.  \n\n \n\nDeputy Krager's innovations continue to lead the way.  She has been honored with over 40 awards and commendations for her work with homeless individuals\, as well as those suffering from mental illness.  Her hard work and dedication to these programs were recognized in a private meeting with former President Barack Obama and she was named the 12th Congressional District First Responder of the Year by Congressman G. Bilirakis..\n\n \n\nDEPUTY MICHAEL PARKS BIOGRAPHY \n\n \n\n \n\nDeputy Michael Parks has always had a love for law enforcement which paved his way to complete a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Communications at the illustrious University of South Florida. \n\n  \n\nDeputy Michael Parks began his law enforcement career in 2014 when he joined the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office\, and began patrolling the streets of the "District One" area.  He was able to aid and assist the community in a magnitude of ways while working in that capacity. \n\n  \n\nDeputy Michael Parks then transitioned to working in patrol services at the "District Five" locale.  He continued to assist the community in a positive way.  \n\n \n\nSince joining the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office\, Deputy Michael Parks has been honored with several awards and accommodations due to his honest work in patrol services and even in the short time since he has joined the Behavioral Resource Unit.  He continues to strive to improve every day and will attempt to bridge the gap between the community and law enforcement. \n\n \n\nTIJUAN GRIMES BIOGRAPHY \n\n \n\nTijuan Grimes is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Tijuan Grimes graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. Tijuan Grimes has been working in the social service field for the past 15 years in various settings including\, inpatient hospitalization\, juvenile justice\, foster care\, adolescent residential facility\, county jail\,  and manage care. \n\n \n\nTijuan Grimes is currently employed as a Behavioral Health Case Manager with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
