DESCRIPTION:CABA is continuing to look for impactful ways to engage and include our CABA members with our new virtual networking capacity\, and we have created a new CABA platform for knowledge exchange and information sharing. \n\nPlease join us on Tuesday\, July 28th at 12 pm: \n\nMr. Dane Mattes joined the staff at Northdale Christian Academy in 2018. He serves as principal\, 7th & 8th grade homeroom teacher\, and technology director. Dane has spent time living in ten different states and is now enjoying calling Florida home. He and his wife\, Joanne\, have been blessed with two children (NCA class of 2021 and 2023). Dane enjoys spending time with his family\, Florida recreation\, visiting national parks\, and flying his hot air balloon.\n\n\n\nPrevious Educational/Professional Experiences:\n\n  Principal and teacher in Longmont\, Colorado (2005-2011)\n\n  Principal and teacher in Brillion\, Wisconsin (2011-2018)\n\n  Visiting team captain for Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod School Accreditation (WELSSA)\nEducation & Certifications:\n\n  Bachelor of Science in Education (Martin Luther College\, 2005)\n\n  Master of Science in Education (Martin Luther College\, 2018)\n\n  Minnesota state teaching certificate\n\n  Florida state teaching certificate\n\n\nDane will be presenting from the private school perspective considerations that are influencing reopening plans\, health and safety for the school community\, and instructional continuity.
