Mick is a licensed 215 and 220 broker and a graduate of the University of Florida.\n\nBefore entering the insurance industry in 2010\, Mick's executive experience included business operations\, service operations\, supply chain management\, logistics\, customer loyalty\, data analytics\, change management\, employee training\, and corporate culture development.\n\nMick has been married to his wife Shannon for 27 years. They have 19-year-old twins\, daughter Lindsay and son Layne. Mick also serves as a Board Member for The Homeless Leadership Alliance.
